Developed by Aviva Investors and CO-RE, and designed by WilkinsonEyre, its staggered, jewel-like form will bring a bold new architectural presence to the Square Mile.
With sustainability at its core, the building will feature a low-carbon structural frame and materials chosen for durability and recyclability.
130 Fenchurch Street will feature:
- 57,500 sqm of Grade-A office space
- A public garden terrace on the 20th floor
- 300 sqm of ground-level retail, food, and drink outlets
- 3,600 new jobs
