A triple win at the 2025 BCO London Awards

We are delighted to announce that two of our projects have received awards at the regional 2025 British Council for Offices (BCO) London Awards, where we provided cost management services for both schemes.

Hilson Moran’s London office, The Living Lab, has won the ‘Projects up to 2,500m²’ award. Located at Shackleton House, The Living Lab is designed to foster experimentation, inspire collaboration, and facilitate business growth. With sustainability at its core, the project is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications. The space features a transparent, open design with biophilic elements and serves as an experimental space for new products.

In addition, British Land’s Norton Folgate has secured the ‘Refurbished/Recycled Workplace’ award. This net-zero embodied carbon scheme beautifully integrates the area’s unique heritage with contemporary, versatile commercial and retail spaces. The project exemplifies a commitment to sustainability and innovation, setting a benchmark for future developments.

We would also like to congratulate our colleagues at CBRE who took ‘Best Fit-out of a Workplace’ with Capital Group, 1 Paddington Square. This project features a dynamic and sustainable environment, with an impressive client reception, hospitality bar, and stunning lighting sculpture. The open and inclusive workplace is designed to inspire and encourage more time in the office.

Congratulations to all the project teams involved and thank you to the BCO for this recognition.

We will keep our fingers crossed as they go on to compete for the national awards later this year.
