Commercial office scheme 350 Euston Road achieves practical completion

We are pleased to share that British Land’s commercial office scheme, 350 Euston Road, recently achieved practical completion.

Turner & Townsend alinea provided cost management services on the project which is situated on Regent’s Place Campus, a mixed-use business, retail, and residential quarter.

350 Euston Road initially saw the strip-out and CAT A fit-out of part of level 6 and level 7, totalling circa 25,000 sq ft of office space. The newly refurbished space offers superb views over central London’s Fitzrovia.

As the scheme developed, the scope expanded to meet British Land’s initiative to provide a “World Class Welcome.” This included refurbishing the existing reception and end-of-journey facilities and constructing a new shower area in the basement car park.

Sustainability was a key focus in the design. Features such as LED lighting, air source heat pumps, recycled RAF, and the use of Globechain during the strip-out were implemented.

Assistant Cost Manager, Annie Newcomb, said: “It was a pleasure to provide the Cost Management service for the scheme at 350 Euston Road. The team worked seamlessly throughout the project, and we look forward to seeing the space in use.”

Well done to the project team, which included Stace (PM), Ramboll (MEP), Barr Gazetas (Architect), KPH (Strip Out Contractor), and Modus (Main Contractor).
