We’re pleased to share that Rabobank’s new UK headquarters at 60 London Wall has won Best Fit Out of Workplace at the 2026 BCO London Awards.
This recognition is a fantastic achievement for an exceptional project. Following its practical completion on April 2025, we’re proud to have supported the successful delivery of Rabobank’s new 48,000 sq ft workplace, providing full cost management services throughout – including strategic life cycle cost advice.
The scheme involved the strip-out of the existing CAT A and delivery of a high‑quality CAT B fit-out across Level 4 and part of Level 5. With sustainability embedded throughout the design and delivery, the space has achieved both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications.
