We are delighted that 8 Bishopsgate, a 50-storey tall building that breaks new ground in terms of sustainability, has been featured in Turner & Townsend’s 2023-2024 annual review.
Located in the heart of the City of London, 8 Bishopsgate provides office accommodation, retail, extensive amenities and a public viewing gallery. With sustainability as a key driver for the building’s design and construction, it was the first London tower to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.
Responsible for cost and commercial management throughout this decade-long project, we leveraged our extensive experience in office construction and tall buildings to ensure effective procurement and cost control.
