88 Leadenhall Street achieved practical completion last week on programme and within budget. The project was tendered just before the pandemic, with post tenders and contract award completed during the first lockdown. Although the project was initially delayed by a couple of months the contractor (Built) started on site in August and has now completed the CAT A refurbishment and reception fit out works.
Still hopeful that project drinks will be organised in the coming months!
