We provided cost management services for Film House, a landmark Soho refurbishment that reached practical completion earlier this year.
Delivered for Hines, the project has transformed a former 1920s office building with a rich cinematic heritage into a contemporary workplace designed around occupier experience.
The scheme includes a striking double-height reception, high-quality CAT A office accommodation, enhanced end-of-trip facilities, a rooftop club lounge and terrace, and dedicated wellness spaces.
By retaining and upgrading the existing structure, the project demonstrates how thoughtful refurbishment can unlock value while supporting more sustainable development outcomes.
