Our Blackhorse Lane co-living scheme with The Collective received planning approval at Committee on 1st December. The nine storey 300 bed scheme includes internal and external amenity, café, bar and provides a local cultural venue in the basement. Stage 3 design will re-commence in January with the aim to be on site in Q4 next year.
