alinea has been supporting NHS Property Services and the Department of Health & Social Care on the new Whitechapel Life Sciences cluster. The masterplan has been submitted for planning to Tower Hamlets Council. We have been Cost Planning the scheme since early 2019, working with Allies & Morrison, Gibson Thornley, AKT II, Arup and M3. The project will bring a new Life Sciences cluster to Whitechapel, comprising 6 buildings sitting alongside the Royal London Hospital, with QMUL taking one of the buildings.
