We recently delivered a successful digital induction day for our new occupier colleagues.
The session brought together cost management team members who have recently joined us and formed an important part of aligning on our ways of working and the digital tools that support consistent, data‑driven project delivery.
The day opened with remarks from Iain Parker, Head of London Cost Management, followed by a walkthrough of our digital tools and processes. There was strong engagement around how these tools can enhance project outcomes. We also hosted a networking session with our existing Occupier team, giving colleagues the opportunity to connect and share experiences.
