Key features include:
- Retrofit-first approach retaining the 1980s building’s primary structure
- Five new storeys added to create an 11-storey office building
- Landscaped balconies and roof terraces
- Historic frontages on St Thomas Street preserved
- Listed Georgian terrace to be restored
