As part of recognising International Women’s Day we are delighted to invite Zoe Moss, Managing Director of Cast Interiors, to talk to us about Diversity, her experience in the industry and practical ways to make a difference.
At alinea, we are making conscious efforts to improve and celebrate diversity within our team. Our focus on recruiting and retaining women, at all levels of our business, has led to a steady and impressive increase in female representation. We recognise this is an industry which still has a long way to go to achieve both gender parity and equity but on International Women’s Day, and in fact every day, we value our professional female quantity surveyors and those in support functions who make us a more brilliant and inclusive consultancy!
