Landsec’s new flex space Myo St Paul’s achieves practical completion

We are pleased to share that Landsec’s new flex space at One New Change – Myo St Paul’s – has achieved practical completion.

Now in operation, the new 48,000 sq ft site is one of three new Myo locations, providing high quality, flexible and fully serviced office space around the City of London.

Landsec has grown the Myo brand significantly in the last few months, with two other new site: Myo New Street Square, close to Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, and Myo Bankside, at The Forge, having just recently opened. A fourth site to expand the portfolio – Myo Piccadilly – is currently in the works at Lucent W1, situated in the heart of London’s West End.

We provided cost management services on the project from stage 0 through to completion of this exciting scheme. The works comprised a new staircase spanning from level 2 to level 4, a flexible events space for the use of multiple tenants and three high-quality breakout areas.

It was a pleasure to work alongside architects Basha-Franklin, employer’s agent Blackburn & Co., M&E consultants Hive and main contractor Mace Interiors, to deliver such an innovative and dynamic workspace.

For Turner & Townsend alinea, the project was close to our hearts, with the site based alongside our own offices in the One New Change building.

We wish our new neighbours all the best with settling into the new space!
