Meditation session at alinea

Following the success of last week’s ‘Mental Health Week’ activities, today we took time out to learn about mindfulness and meditation as methods of enhancing our psychological wellbeing. We were delighted to be joined by Subjit Jassy, a Lionheart ambassador, who talked to us about the importance of resetting our bodies, emotions and minds to create a “happier you” and facilitated a practical meditation session allowing a quietening of the mind.
