We are delighted to announce that we have appointed Michael Cracknell as a Partner within our growing cost consultancy practice.
Michael joins from Deloitte where he was Head of their Cost Management team and led on the Deloitte London Office Crane Survey, a hugely respected report providing a barometer of business and developer sentiment. Prior to Deloitte he worked for Davis Langdon and Hanscomb.
A career spanning over 30 years, Michael has an extensive knowledge of the Central London office market. Michael has worked on an extensive array of schemes and projects including the hugely successful Kings Cross Central and the award-winning Television Centre. In addition to a wealth of knowledge in the Central London office market, Michael has a range of other sector experience across Aviation, Hospitality and Education.
