The Minories project comprises a 384 room Hotel, 200,000 sq ft Office building and a 91 Unit Residential building.
The entire projects is serviced by a basement service yard. Complexities include working in and around the LUL underground, TFL bus depot, and the nearby Guinness Trust Estate.
The three buildings are connected above ground via a shared open square which encourages pedestrian traffic around and through the site.
