We had a fantastic evening at the RICS UK Awards London Regional Ceremony on Wednesday, celebrating the success of British Land‘s Norton Folgate project.
The project received two awards: RICS Commercial Development Project and Project of the Year (London).
This recognition reflects the ambition behind the project: a net zero embodied carbon development delivering new, fully electric commercial and retail space in the heart of Spitalfields, while carefully respecting the area’s historic character. We provided cost management services throughout the project.
We look forward to the RICS UK Grand Final in October.
