Norton Folgate has been shortlisted in the London region for two categories at the 2026 RICS UK Awards: Commercial Development and Refurbishment/Revitalisation.
This recognition reflects the ambition behind the project. A net zero embodied carbon development delivering new, fully electric commercial and retail space in the heart of Spitalfields, while carefully respecting the area’s historic fabric.
We provided cost management services across the scheme, which sensitively restores Victorian warehouses and integrates them with high-quality contemporary new-build elements.
