Last week saw the topping out of One Bishopsgate Plaza, a significant mixed-use scheme for Singapore based UOL Group. This iconic project will provide 237 hotel rooms and 160 residential apartments, in the heart of the City adjacent to Liverpool Street station. Designed by PLP, managed by Stanhope and being constructed by Lendlease, we are proud to be providing cost consultancy on this fantastic tall building addition to the City skyline. The project represents a unique mixed-use tower built in the centre of the financial district.
