Last week we celebrated the practical completion of Phase 1 works for One Thames City. The team have been on the project since 2018, so it’s great to see all that hard work pay off.
Designed by SOM Architects and HBA, the project consists of 800 luxury apartments across two towers (55 & 35 storeys), a 50,000 sq ft podium/basement and numerous additional offerings.
The development had a particular focus on creating exceptional communal and wellness spaces, with features such as London’s largest indoor residential pool and an abundance of surrounding green spaces, being just some of what’s on offer for residents to enjoy. In addition, from the ‘sky bar,’ residents can take in views of Nine Elms Park.
