We are delighted to hear Oxford City Council has approved plans to develop three high-quality, lab-enabled buildings along Botley Road, Oxford, which incorporate new public and community-focused amenity spaces.
The buildings, visioned by Owers Warwick Architects, Hoare Lea, and Elliott Wood, have been designed to set the bar of exemplary sustainable standards for future developments in the local area.
We have provided cost management services on the scheme since 2023, working closely with British Land and the project team to maximise quality, viability, and sustainability targets from the outset and beyond.
