In the third week of our Reinvention Project Spotlight series, we look to our Regent’s Wharf project for BentallGreenOak on behalf of Welput.
Designed by Hawkins\Brown Architects and located on the Regents Canal in Kings Cross, this development offers 111,000ft² of cutting-edge workspace as part of a new flexible canalside campus of warehouse and contemporary offices alongside extensive greening in courtyards and roof terraces.
With Enabling Works being undertaken from April 2021, Main Works will commence in August 2021 with project completion set for June 2023 and we are excited to be working on this fantastic scheme with the other project partners including Wates, Hawkins Brown, Bridges Pound, WPP, Aecom and City South Projects
