As part of our ongoing project spotlight series, this week we look to the mixed use The Minories project for 4C Hotels, designed by ACME. Situated in Algate, London this scheme comprises of:
384 room hotel
200,000 sqft office building
91 residential units
The three buildings are connected by shared open square to encourage pedestrian traffic and integration into the community. The buildings are also services by a joint basement yard.
The hotel element of this complex scheme was based upon reusing the existing office structure. The project team had to also work around LUL underground, TFL bus depot and the nearby Guinness Trust Estate.
We are delighted to be nearing completion of the project and look forward to dinner on the restaurant terrace!
