Designed by Foster + Partners, the development combines luxury residences, the Six Senses Hotel & Spa, retail and public spaces in the heart of Bayswater.
The project has carefully retained and restored its historic Grade II listed façade, preserving its architectural heritage, supporting a more sustainable approach to regeneration and targeting BREEAM Excellent.
