We recently attended the topping out ceremony of the BentallGreenOak scheme Regents Wharf. Situated along the Regents Canal near to Kings Cross. This is a mixed-use campus style scheme providing a high sustainability offering upon the planned completion in August 2023. This was a momentous occasion after 3 years of our involvement working on the project. Amongst the 150 guests, Wates’ Chairman Sir James Wates, summed up how this was the ‘End of the beginning, and the beginning of the end’ for the project, well done to all!
