The scheme delivers 365,000 sq ft of high‑quality workspace, retail, and leisure uses across two distinct buildings that showcase innovation, sustainability, and large‑scale adaptive reuse.
Project highlights include:
- The Ink Building – a 14‑storey new build and Europe’s tallest hybrid CLT and steel structure, setting a new benchmark for low‑carbon construction.
- The Print Building – a major cut‑and‑carve transformation that retains 80% of the original 1950s concrete frame, demonstrating the value and potential of circular design.
- A coordinated approach to modern building services, sustainable materials, and future‑ready performance across both structures.
