We are pleased to announce that Tommy Sharman has joined the business as a Director. An experienced cost manager, he brings more than 20 years of industry experience across a wide range of sectors.
His particular specialism lies in central London commercial offices and complex cut and carve schemes, where he has established a strong reputation for providing clear commercial leadership, robust cost advice and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
Throughout his career, Tommy has supported clients at every stage of the development lifecycle, from early feasibility and cost planning through to procurement, contract administration and final delivery. His depth of knowledge and hands-on experience enable him to navigate the unique challenges of urban, highly constrained and fast-paced development environments.
As he steps into his new role, Tommy will be focusing on supporting our developer and investor clients across central London. His appointment reflects our continued commitment to strengthening our expertise and our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on some of the most ambitious and transformational schemes in the market.
