Last Thursday, the Occupier team hosted a panel event in our Town Hall at One New Change to launch the 2025 Turner & Townsend Global Office Fit-Out Cost Guide.
With 70 guests in attendance, Director Jayson Crosley presented an overview of the guide, followed by a panel discussion featuring Nadia de Klerk, Elaine du Preez (Salesforce), Steve Wright (GSK), and Sarah Murdoch (Visa). They explored key trends, including the rising fit-out costs across global markets, the need for flexible portfolios, and the demand for premium office space.
