We were thrilled to welcome Subjit Jassy, a RICS Lionheart Ambassador, back to alinea this week for another brilliant session on meditation and mindfulness. We learned how these mental training practices can help us slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm our minds and bodies. He also guided us through a deep breathing exercise and meditation session which encouraged us all to mindfully focus on wellness as part of our everyday lives.
Mental health has always been, and continues to be, a key focus for us at alinea. Following World Mental Health Day on Sunday, we’ve been raising awareness about emotional, psychological and social wellbeing generally, encouraging conversations and signposting resources for help and support.
