One Leadenhall

One Leadenhall is located in the City of London, adjacent to the Grade II listed Leadenhall Market and several landmark tall building developments.

The project involves the demolition of an existing seven-storey building to make way for a new 35-storey tower, topping out at approximately 176 metres. The design includes two basement levels, formed primarily within the footprint of the existing basement.

The tower is primarily commercial in use, with office floors (Cat A) from levels 1 to 29, and some retail provision on the lower levels. A high-quality public terrace is supported by a retail offering at level 4, overlooking Leadenhall Market, along with two additional private terraces. Level 31 also includes provision for a potential event space.
