130 Jermyn Street

130 Jermyn Street is a prominent office building located on an island site on the corner of Haymarket.

The project works involved refurbishment works to the G.F. reception and Cat B refurbishment to floors 2,3,4,5 and 6. Minor works have also been carried out on Level 7 which is currently divided to seven separate residential fitouts, plus the upgrade of the ground floor residential entrance lobby.
