A 43‑storey development anchored by the Pan Pacific London hotel, One Bishopsgate Plaza brings together 237 guest rooms, 160 private residences, retail, restaurants, and new public realm.

As the first high‑rise in the City of London to combine a five‑star hotel and private apartments within a single tower, it set a new benchmark for integrated urban living.

We led cost management services across this complex scheme, navigating a tight city‑centre site, four basement levels, the restoration of ancillary buildings, and the integration of two distinct building types. Delivering value, certainty, and control throughout was key to its success.
