The project involved the conversion of a Grade II listed motor factory and showroom, built for the Ford Motor Company in 1915–16, into high-quality office accommodation to be occupied by a Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector tenant.

The building has been extended by the addition of three new floors under a domed glass roof. The original external fabric of the building has been retained around a new central core.
