20 Old Bailey is a major ‘cut and carve’ refurbishment commercial office project in the City of London, which included the reconfiguration of the existing atrium, a new facade at the front of the building, removal of some of the existing cores and remodelling of the retained cores.
The project is situated on a prominent island site in the Western Quarter of the City of London and the refurbishment scheme has provided a total NIA of approximately 235,000 ft2, arranged around the atrium.
