22 Bishopsgate

22 Bishopsgate is a 62-storey skyscraper that is set to be the tallest in the City of London.

The 278 m tall building features a public viewing platform and restaurant at the top of the building. The building is intended to provide an exemplar workplace for 12,000 people and create the City’s first vertical village. The building is the first to apply for WELL Core & Shell certification in the UK. The contract includes a developer’s standard office fit-out (Cat A) as well as the finishing and fitting out of all landlord areas. Externally, there will be a high-quality public realm and significant wind mitigation measures.
