The project involved the refurbishment of an existing office block which was to remain operational with existing tenants. Works were split into two packages;
- Facilitating works which included site preparation of the areas to be refurbished which related primarily to the landlord areas.
- Main works which included the replacement/repositioning of the existing reception entrance with a new high quality shop-front and new Cat A fit-out which incorporated a chilled beam solution with plasterboard ceiling and raised access floor.
