4 Kingdom Street – Club Space

The Club at 4 Kingdom Street is a creative, social, workshop space and conference facility provided to service the working requirements of Freelancers, start ups and established companies.

The refurbishment works consisted of taking the ground and lower ground floor of 4 Kingdom Street from its shell and core and transformed it a lounge style club space. The works included cutting through the ground floor slab to install a new staircase. In addition, a new mezzanine, full catering kitchen, barrister bar, brand new MEP and feature lighting was included within the space and fit out.
