4 Kingdom Street

These works consisted of the Fit out of an existing Cat A space to a CAT B specification. alinea provided cost management services to assist in the delivery of a flexible workspace on the 4th and 5th Floor of 4 Kingdom Street.

The works were carried out for British Lands’ Flexible workspace arm, Storey. The space included a communal breakout and lounge area and the sub-division of the space into units to allow for multiple tenants to occupy the space.
