The business floors were predominately fitted out with fixed workstations and cellular offices. These floors also included a variety of internal meeting rooms and social hubs. A commercial grade kitchen was included to service the ING workforce, along with visiting clients and guests. The staff canteen has a contemporary coffee bar and also acts as a flexible space for town hall meetings, team events and social gathering. The main meeting suite was finished to the highest standards of design and quality.
Upon our appointment, we immediately prepared a full commercial review of the project to ensure that ING’s aspirations were in line with the proposed budget. Benchmarking and allocation of funding were reviewed in full. This was an essential exercise to ensure the project commenced from a firm commercial platform.
