Gateway One, Egham

‘Egham Gateway West’ is a mixed-use masterplan located in Egham, Surrey. The scheme will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the town centre and the local area. The proposals combine new retail, leisure, 106 residential units and 100 student accommodation units to increase the commercial value of the site and enhance the footfall through the town centre. The site also presents upgraded public spaces for both visitors and residents to enjoy.
