As part of the St James redevelopment in Edinburgh’s city centre, the John Lewis store required a complex refurbishment within the existing shell to achieve a seamless interface with the prestigious new St James mixed-use development of retail and residential units and a hotel.

We worked closely with John Lewis + Partners (JLP) and Henderson, the developer, to identify both fit-out and core construction works costs.
