Norton Folgate

The Norton Folgate mixed use scheme is made up of six buildings across three sites all ranging in size. The vision was to refurbish, extend and develop new buildings, providing 30,000ft² retail space and 300,000ft² office space whilst maintaining the character of the existing and surrounding buildings.

Designed by four different architecture practices across the six buildings, each building included new build and retained elements to varying extents.  AHMM oversaw the masterplan and specifically involved in three buildings with Stanton Williams, Morris + Company and DSDHA each taking responsibility for one. EAST took on the role of landscape architect across the development.
