Seal House

Seal House is in a prime river front location, close to Monument and London Bridge.

The brief is to re-develop the site with new commercial office and restaurants to the Ground and 10th floors. There will also be a roof terrace open to the public to give views of the Thames.

Project is currently in the planning application stages.
