Selfridges 3rd Floor Body Studio

The project comprised the construction and high-end fit-out of a new retail link space at 3rd floor level, adjacent to the existing Body Studio and Designer Studios developed during a previous refurbishment phase, including the reconfiguration of those existing spaces and an extension to the existing café offering.

Notable features included the provision of two brand concessions, six fitting rooms, relocation of existing air handling plant and feature portal access between the existing studios and the new retail link space.

Project procurement was negotiated with the contractor responsible for the previous Body Studio Phase to ensure that the works could be completed in time to meet the client’s launch date.
