The project is located along Duke Street and the corner of Oxford Street.

The ground floor accessories fit-out project consists of the complete strip of existing to grey-box, remedial works to the shell and a new white box fit out. The luxurious hall – featuring walkways of terazzo with carrara marble stone segments and stove enamelled screens with nero marquina marble bases – is the largest in the world and is home to many high-end designer brands such as Balenciaga, Miu Miu and Chanel.
