Seymour Street

The project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of 1–9 Seymour Street and 6–16 Bryanston Street, near Marble Arch to provide a new seven-storey mixed-use building.

The scheme incorporated a basement and sub-basement, high end residential, restaurant, commercial, social and community uses.

This high-quality, multi-use development incorporates high-end residential, offices, school and retail units in one building. Additional complexity was added due to the requirement to extend the basement by a further level while working on either side of two existing hotels, which remained open throughout the works.
