The Adelphi Building

Involving the major refurbishment of an iconic London building, the scheme refurbished 14 office floors over three separate phases to a retro/high-quality modern standard, including new lightwells, A3 use and public realm.

The works, which were carried out within an occupied building, reinvigorated the scheme, reinstating the original design in part. The newly refurbished cores, lifts, reception and clean office space was targeted at the TMT/media end user market.
