The Collective Old Oak

The Collective Old Oak is first example of pioneering shared-living space offering its occupants a brand new way to live in London.

Comprising of 323 residential units and 551 bedrooms, the development is one of the world’s largest co-Living spaces.  Mirroring the concept of student accommodation and hotel in one, the scheme has a wide range of amenity and socialising opportunities.

The project won a number of awards including the recent Estates Gazette “Creative Spaces 2016”.
