New build retail and leisure development comprising five retail units including a Primark anchor, eight restaurant units and a nine screen cinema.
The project also includes upgrades to the public realm. The base build was fully complete in 2017 with Primark, The Light Cinema and a number of restaurant units successfully open and trading.
