The Round

The Round (18 Blackfriars) is a landmark mixed-use development currently being developed by Hines. Designed by Foster + Partners, the proposed development will centre on a vibrant, new public space, delivering two residential buildings that provide over 400 new homes and circa 800,000 square feet of office space within a 195m 44-storey office tower.

Hines together with Lipton Rogers have secured planning approval to build the scheme that allows Hines to breathe new life into a two-acre brownfield site that has remained undeveloped for 20 years.

We are responsible for cost managing the office tower, basement and overall masterplan, while Gardiner & Theobald are managing the residential towers.

The design is currently progressing, and procurement is ongoing.
